The Transpersonal Counsellor is someone who has been trained in guiding others to access specific states for healing. The counseling tools and techniques used are sourced from modern psychology, traditional spiritual practices, and of course the practitioner’s own experience in life.

Construction Building Services Management

Construction services are the physical construction work undertaken by a contractor to construct a project or a portion of the project (including early work packages). Construction services include all costs to perform, supervise, and administer physical construction work. Construction management is a professional service that provides a project’s owner(s) with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. Construction management is compatible with all project delivery methods. No matter the setting, a Construction Manager’s (CM) responsibility is to the owner and a successful project.

Counter Terrorism - Security Co-ordination & Integrated Risk Management

A security coordinator organizes security procedures for a business, organization, or any other large facility. As the security coordinator, you are also responsible for enforcing security procedures among your guard staff. Risk management is the continuing process of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and treating loss exposures and monitoring risk control and financial resources to mitigate the adverse effects of loss

Learning and development (L&D) is a function within an organization that is responsible for empowering employees’ growth and developing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive better business performance. Security Risk Management is the ongoing process of identifying these security risks and implementing plans to address them. Risk is determined by considering the likelihood that known threats will exploit vulnerabilities and the impact they have on valuable assets. Risk consultants identify potential risks that an organisation may face and come up with strategies to mitigate these risks. The role of a risk consultant is for an organisation's protection. The risk consultant works to prevent the company from facing issues in the future.
